I am a clinical social worker licensed in the States of Maryland and New York, as well as in the District of Columbia. After many years working in New York City with adolescents, young adults, couples, families, and those navigating perinatal issues - I am excited to now offer therapeutic services and support to those living in the Maryland and DC areas.

Using a collaborative, relational approach, I bring compassion, experience and insight to each therapy session.  I strive to create a safe environment where you can comfortably share your stories, thoughts and feelings.  My goal is to empower all individuals, couples and families to understand themselves at a deeper level, to communicate more effectively, develop healthy coping skills and to form lasting positive connections with those who matter most.

With over a decade of work experience in settings such as hospitals, community-based organizations, the New York City public school system, and mental health clinics, I have counseled countless women, men, families, couples and teens struggling with personal, perinatal and relationship difficulties. This varied experience informs my work and offers insights into challenges we all face.
